Applications are invited for the One vacant Post of Assistant Legislative Counsel(Hindi) in the Legislative Department of Ministry of Law and Justice. The post is reserved only to Scheduled Caste candidates.
Educational Qualifications and Experience: Master's Degree in Law from a recognised University. Should be a member of the State Judicial Service or should have held a post in the legal department of a State government or should be a central government servant having an experience in the legal affairs or should be a qualified legal practitioner or teacher of law in a recognised institution or should have experience in traslating statutes and rules into Hindi or should have exprience in drafting of statutes. All the above post qualification experiences should be of five years.
Other category of experience and qualification is laid down for Bachelor of Laws.In this case seven years post qualification experience is stipulated. Any how Hindi has to be a medium of study in SSLC.
Age Limit: 45 years
Scale of Pay: Rs.15600-39100+6600
